​If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern our relationship with you in relation to this website.

The Customer is FULLY RESPONSIBLE for final proof and layout approval prior to printing. Peony Print cannot be held responsible for errors which go unnoticed by customers at proof stage including misspelling, Grammar, Punctuation, Addresses, Phone Numbers and Dates.
Please check all proofs thoroughly and request amendments by return email or to confirm that:

• The attached proof is approved and ready to print.
• Any errors existing on this approved proof will be printed and that you are liable for any additional costs incurred to fix these errors.

If designs are approved with type errors and printed Peony Print takes no responsibility, and will not be liable for any resulting re-print costs. If replacements are required then they will be charged for in full. It is therefore of the up most importance that you check all spelling and copy thoroughly before approving any designs.We cannot print without customer's written confirmation of approval.

Terms & Conditions of Sale
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% of the total order must be paid in advance to secure your order. No designs will begin until deposit is received and no artwork will be dispatched until payment is received in full.
If your order is cancelled prior to first proof you will receive your deposit back minus a £20 handling fee but once you have received the first proof your deposit will be non-refundable.
We deliver your designs to you in whichever manner we have discussed - hand deliver or for further a field royal mail/courier - the length of delivery will depend on the delivery option you choose. Peony Print cannot be held responsible for any delay, loss or damage to your order once it has been dispatched. All costs are quoted in and are to be paid in pounds sterling by bank transfer. Peony Print cannot be held responsible for any delay to delivery as a result of late payment. If such an event occurs after we have dispatched we will contact you to arrange a new timeline and are fully responsible for charges incurred for reprints.

We reserve the right to use photographs or physical copies of your personalised stationery items for promotional purposes in our website, blog or upcoming wedding show exhibitions at any time.
The minimum print run is 25. If you decide that you need more invites or stationery after we have approved
numbers and printed the agreed amount, there will be a fee of £10+ per card so please order 5-10% more
cards than you think you will need to avoid this fee. Printing can take 3-4weeks so please set aside this time
before you would like to send out your stationery.
You will receive 3 drafts in this price agreed, further amendments are charged at £5 a draft.

Delivery/Postage
Peony Print is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping and/or mailing or invitations. Any
shipping charges will be added to your final invoice. You may also pick-up your order to avoid shipping
charges. Peony Print is not responsible for invitations or stationery that is lost in the mail or is destroyed
through the mailing process.

Disclaimer
All artwork is copyrighted and cannot be reproduced without Peony Print 's permission. It is illegal to duplicate or reproduce copyrighted artwork without prior written permits. Please note that the colour on your screen may differ from printed colour, each screen is collaborated differently and this is particularly noticeable on phones and tablets. It is therefore advisable to print off all PDF proofs and final artwork before giving your approval. This will help to ensure that the scale is correct, and that all fonts can be read at the correct size, and that you are happy with the colour. Please bare in mind that printers also vary and that your final stationery will be printed on the highest quality professional print press therefore the colours may differ slightly.
